Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on dbajee. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. dbajee will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.
dbajee reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any time. Players may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
dbajee accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other payment methods listed on the deposit page. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees on dbajee.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification. Deposits are credited to your dbajee wallet as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider — in most cases, this takes only a few minutes.
dbajee is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times. If your deposit has not appeared within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of the transaction.
Withdrawal requests on dbajee are processed as quickly as possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the support team.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed identity verification. Players who have not yet submitted KYC documents may experience delays. We strongly recommend completing verification as soon as you register so that withdrawals are never held up when you need them.
Most withdrawals on dbajee are processed within a few hours. If your withdrawal has not arrived within 24 hours, contact our support team with your withdrawal reference number.
dbajee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus funds are added to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. To convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash, you must complete the wagering requirement stated in the promotion. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
All games available on dbajee use certified random number generation to determine outcomes. The results are fair, unbiased, and cannot be influenced by the player or by dbajee. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system.
In the event of a technical fault during a game — such as a disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — dbajee will attempt to resolve the issue fairly. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the bet amount will be returned to the player's wallet. dbajee is not liable for losses caused by technical issues outside of our control.

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, dbajee reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Players who believe their account has been closed in error may appeal by contacting support with supporting documentation.

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dbajee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, loss of data, or interruption of service.
dbajee's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
dbajee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of dbajee after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
